

Ended up needing to take a day off to rest! My sickness hit me super hard, and I’m thinking that doing certain leg exercises are just way too taxing on my lungs so I’ll need to keep to the machines when I do my leg days for a little while.
After taking a rest day I did a hamstring/back/shoulder workout to make up for missing a day. I’m feeling pretty OK so I think staying away from the harder leg exercises like the squat really helped me out!
